This page states in plain language what you are buying, how billing works, and how to stop it. It is written for parents, who are the only people who can purchase in SOLO Hero. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page before checkout.
Free trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is taken at that moment. One trial per account.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans every month, annual plans every 12 months — at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. You are notified by email of the receipt for each charge.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Account → Billing. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Purchases made through the App Store or Play Store must be cancelled in that store's subscription settings. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What each paid plan includes
- Hero Monthly — up to 1 kid profile, full exercise library, parent dashboard.
- Hero Annual — up to 1 kid profile, full exercise library, parent dashboard, exclusive hero skins.
- Family Annual — up to 4 kid profiles, full exercise library, parent dashboard, exclusive hero skins.
Free accounts keep 1 kid profile and a limited set of movements, with no charge and no card required.
Features not yet released
These are advertised as part of paid plans but are still in development and are labelled "coming soon" in the app. They are not part of the value you are paying for today:
- Offline mode (download missions)
- TV mode (cast to a big screen)
Changes to price or plan
If we change the price of an active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
No purchases by children
Billing screens sit behind the parent PIN gate. Children using Child Mode cannot reach checkout, upgrade prompts that complete a purchase, or external payment links.
