Free trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial ends access immediately.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel any subscription from Account → Billing at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Web (Stripe) refunds
For subscriptions purchased on our website, we offer refunds within 14 days of the initial charge if the Service has been used minimally. Renewals are non-refundable unless required by law. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] to request a refund.
Mobile (App Store / Play Store)
Refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by Apple / Google under their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for those purchases directly.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right you may have under applicable consumer law.
