SOLO Hero uses only the storage it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies, ad networks, or cross-site tracking, and we never build advertising profiles of children.
What we store on your device
- Sign-in session (essential) — keeps a parent signed in. Cleared on sign-out.
- Workout autosave (essential) — lets a mission resume where it stopped instead of starting over.
- Player and accessibility settings (essential) — captions on/off, caption font size, reduced motion, coach voice, music toggle.
- Coach transcript (essential) — a local record of spoken coach and safety cues so parents can read what was said. Stored on the device only.
- Onboarding and consent state (essential) — remembers that the parental notice and safety acknowledgements were shown.
- Parent-mode session timer (essential) — supports the PIN parent gate and Child Mode.
- Referral code (functional) — if you arrive from a partner link or QR code, the code is kept for up to 30 days so the partner is credited. It contains no personal data.
Third parties
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which sets its own strictly necessary cookies on its payment pages for fraud prevention. Hosting and error diagnostics are provided by our platform host. Neither is used for advertising.
Managing storage
You can clear this data at any time by signing out, using your browser's "clear site data" control, or deleting the app. Clearing it removes saved workout progress and settings. Essential storage cannot be disabled while continuing to use the Service.
