Parent FAQ

What happens when the trial ends?
Hero Monthly renews automatically at $6.99 per month unless you cancel before the 7th day. We email you before the first charge.
What remains after I cancel?
Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account drops to the free plan with 1 child profile. Your child's progress is kept until you delete it.
Can my child buy anything?
No. Checkout, billing, deletion, and exports live in Parent Mode behind the Parent PIN, and the server rejects a checkout without parent confirmation.
